  13. Hi! I just opened up a local business in Stonewall. Stonewall Station is a local ‘Pack & Ship” store that offers FedEx & UPS services as well as copies, faxes, internet connections and Private Mailboxes. Is it possible to get the word out to my local residents through your radio station? If so, please let me know the process.
    Thank you!!
(Yes, your radio station is streaming through the store!)

  14. I finally found your station again. I love your music, and I would appreciate it to hear a song called Lonely Home, by Natalie Rose. Thank you so much, From Guy

  16. Good Day,

Thanks for taking the time to read this note….

My name is Phil Bytheway and I have a passion for radio station stickers (bumper, window, window cling, phone and mailing labels). I have a collection of over 30,000 and am wondering if your station(s) has any stickers available at this time?

I also trade with around 10 folks around the World. In addition to stickers, I also collect magnets, key chains and buttons (pins).

If your station has any of these items, would it be possible to send some my way (for stickers, more than one for the folks I trade with would be nice… but ONE is better than NONE!) I’m shooting for the biggest collection in the US.

I have recently retired from an Electrical Engineering career and volunteering our local Classical music station KING-FM (yes, they have stickers.)

I also publish a newsletter for promo collectors, called DecalcoMania, 10 times/year. Send me your e-mail address if you want to see a sample copy and I’ll send one out right away.

My mailing address is: (email: phil.bytheway@gmail.com)

Thank you for your time… I KNOW you’re busy
    God Bless…

    Phil Bytheway

PS: If you prefer, I can send a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope to help out. Just let me know what size, postage and an address and I’ll get it to you right away.

PPS: If I have any of your stations’ stickers in my collection, I would be willing to email scans in exchange.

  23. hi,

can someone please tell me the name of the artist that sings “john the revelator” y’all play a version that I can’t find anywhere else and i’d really like to find out who sings it.

    thanks!

  24. Interested in applying for a job. Heard the info in 103.1 The Deuce.

    Thanks

  25. Do you have any t-shirts with the Texas Rebel Radio KFAN logo on it? I would like to buy some if you do.

    Thanks,

    Fernie

  26. Grew up in Spicewood, Been listening since mid ’90’s, serving in Maryland for the Air Force. Please sell T-shirts online or let me know where I can get an XL.

  27. I could write a book about “The Fan”. I reside in the north part of San Antonio. I rarely get reception. I look forward to having a job in Boerne or Kerville just to get reception. Many a tune introduce an artist of which I seek and find for my collection of music. They don’t play your genra down these parts or any where else. All y’all play a lot of classic, but from different artists that are found but not to be found. Jupiter Coyote “every time” is one of them . The one that I can’t find is Wilk Wilkenson (sp) “adios amigos” or “adios my friend” that’s not in print. You have a eclectic library. No where else! Streaming on the web is one thing. Picking you up in the neghborhood is something else. Keep on keeping on.

  28. Hi,
We’ve enjoyed KFAN Texas Rebel Radio for many years but haven’t been able to pick it up for quite a while. we usually listen from near Sisterdale or Lake LBJ. Are you still broadcasting KFAN? If yes, is 107.9 still the frequency?
    Thanks,
    Scott

  29. Hi! I’d like to purchase one of your tee shirts. Is that possible??
Left home (Odem, Texas) right after high school to join the Marine Corps and unfortunately haven’t moved back. I always think that I will some day but it’s been 40 years now! But still, would like a tee shirt.
    thanks!
    Lynne

  30. Your station seems to be runnin gon some sort of automated system ,putting off a very distracting feed back pulse.Love the nmusic but it does not happen with KNBT or any of the online stations in Austin.,slow deep buzz pulsing.FYI
I am from New Braunfels but loved this station since my friend Steve started it many years ago. Please see what you can do.KNBT is too much country and local.
    Thank You.
    John

  40. Dear Madam or Sir, I would very much like to send you mc CV to, as an experienced media professional with 4 languages fluently spoken and a vast amount of theatre, radio, film, music and management experience. But more than that, I am also a frenetic bluegrass maniac, especially of the older times music …Where to could I send it via email? Best Greetings from , yours – Michael Keiran

  41. I am so glad you’re back online. KFAN was my first and favorite online station. I’ve checked back periodically over the years and was very happy to see the new site up and running!

    Listening from Georgia

  42. Just a short note to share, that after relatively few short months I have become addicted to KNAF AM. It is truly as handy as both my thumbs. And I would miss you as much as I would my thumbs if yoy left.
Being an early riser & one to appreciate my coffee in the dark on the front porch, back porch or at the kitchen breakfast table. I am totally in tune with your format of information and music. Life is Good each day I start with your signal & my hand ground Starbuck Beans by the pot. The cows & the using horses seem to appreciate me more when that’s how I start the day. Your Swap-Shop Lady is a voice I look forward to hearing with cup in hand. I also have learned to keep a pencil & pad close to the radio when she cranks up.

Once again thank you and keep on keeping on! Life in this Lonesome Dove Hill Country is a tad better place to be in historical proportions, because you signal reaches Texicans like me.
